I reached out to see why I wasn't able to view and modify driver profiles. While I wasn't happy with the reasoning or the fact that there wasn't much I could do, it wasn't Tom's fault. He answered questions to the best of his ability and made me feel like he understood my concern.

I truly appreciate the team at Clearpath. Our dispatchers like the interface that we use when tracking our technicians and when we had a recent glitch where a tracker was not reporting correctly it was addressed very quickly and backed up with follow through two different times to make certain that everything stayed working. Truly great support!

Easy to get in contact with. Fast responses. Fair pricing. Website is user friendly. GPS trackers have been beneficial to our company when needing to prove our presence at a job site, recover a stolen truck, or ensure safe driving by our employees with alerts that can be customized for your needs.

John was willing to go above and beyond to help with things past the initial reason for chatting in. He helped with getting new devices ordered and did some work to make sure setting them up will be as easy as possible. A wonderful support experience.

The people at ClearPath have been very friendly and accommodating. The service offers many useful features, however initially our primary goal was not met by the service. We were very pleased at the efforts expended to make sure that we could get total daily driving hours reported for each driver. Our drivers do not have dedicated vehicles, so reports for each truck weren't meeting our needs. Jen and Erika worked quickly to provide a macro that will satisfy our needs until a new report option is rolled out for users.

Great Product and Company, easy to use UI on website and app. We have used their services for our landscaping company the last 5+ years. We switched from Verizon and couldn't be happier. Customer service is very helpful and quick to resolve any questions or issues.

We have been with ClearPathGPS for over 2 years now and anytime we have needed any help they are quick to respond and help. Recently emailed to ask if they had replacement cover for the GPS tracking unit, they responded almost immediately and are sending me the replacement part. No questions asked & no additional fees. It is extremely hard to find partners like this these days. Way to go ClearPathGPS!

Erika and her colleagues were a massive help in implementing our entire fleet with their software and hardware! In a matter of days we were near experts in the software due to it's ease of use and the excellent training we received.

We are a small wood floor business and we were looking for a cost effective and efficient way to track our vehicles. Clearpath has exceeded our expectations. The tracking devices were easy to install and are very reliable.

ClearPath GPS has helped us to monitor where our vehicles and drivers are at any time. It has also allowed us to keep our customers better informed as to when they can expect our technicians, and we’ve been able to find the most efficient way to handle any last minute work orders. From a safety perspective, it also helps for our drivers to know we are monitoring them and their driving behavior while they’re out in the field. We use it a lot more than I thought we would!

We researched many GPS systems in 2019 to accommodate our small fleet of about 12 vehicles. We wanted value for our money, ease of use and great support. We chose ClearPathGPS and we have been extremely satisfied. Their technical support is very easy to understand and the personnel are super friendly and knowledgeable. We find the system is easy to use and gives us the information we need. Our fleet has now grown to 27 vehicles and continues to grow. We made the right choice with ClearPathGPS and look forward to them growing with us.

I am new to my job and new to clearpath. I was given a very helpful tutorial (by Nicole Russo) on how to use the software, what clearpath offered, and I was introduced to a lot of very helpful features that will make my life so much easier! Being in charge of 37 trucks seemed like a lot to take on but with the many features available, it has taken a lot of stress off of my job. I am very surprised on what the system can do: I can now easily track maintenance, the crews, detailed information on each truck (like mileage, VIN #s, plates, tabs, maintenance needed/done), and so much more... Thank you!
